Spending Plan for Pimlico Local Impact Aid

Every year, the Department of Planning works with the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office, the Pimlico Community Development Authority (PCDA), community partners, residents, and community stakeholders to prepare the Mayor's Spending Plan for Pimlico Local Impact Aid. The Spending Plan aims to achieve long-standing community goals in the Pimlico Local Impact Aid area. You can learn more about these goals by reviewing the Park Heights Master Plan and the Neighborhood Plans for eligible areas.
