Key Terms

• Baltimore City began using the term "CLIF" for "Casino Local Impact Funds" in 2022. Prior years will refer to "LIG" or "Local Impact Grants". These terms can be understood to have the same meaning. 
• The terms "South Baltimore Gateway" and "Casino Impact Area" both refer to the same geographic area.
