Project Goal

To complete a market study and a transit centered vision for the vacated site that will guide a future developer and conversations between the city and state.

The questions below are  what will be answered

  • What are the best uses for the site?
    • This should include BIG ideas and more typical uses.
  • Where should these be located within the site?
  • What uses can reconnect the surrounding disconnected communities?
  • How best can the city take advantage of the transit connections?

  • Community Open House - February 28, 2024
  • Stakeholder meetings with the University of Baltimore, UMMS, MDOT/MTA, Housing Authority of Baltimore City, and others.

    • Invitations sent to Seton Hill, Upton, Madison Park
